Of course they're doing transgender surgery on young boys and girls. They admit it!
When someone tells you what they're doing, believe them.
One of the strangest things that advocates of transgender ideology will argue goes something like this: “Nobody is performing transgender mastectomies and castration on children. That sort of thing is incredibly rare.”
Of course these two things are mutually exclusive. If it’s “rare” then somebody is still doing it. So the first half of that common formulation is a lie, which should lead you to reasonably assume that the second half might also be a lie. What’s the first thing you do when you find a $5 bill just lying on a sidewalk? You look around and see if there’s any more money nearby. That’s how you should treat untruths when you discover them—keep looking for the next one.
I mean, yes, at this point I think we can all safely admit that not only are minors receiving irreversible mutilatory surgery in the name of “transgenderism,” but that it’s probably way more common than we think. Why shouldn’t it be? There are a ton of teenagers who really want to chop their bodies up because of this sick ideology, and there are a ton of parents who want to facilitate it, and there are a smaller but still clinically significant number of doctors who are willing to do it. What do we think is going to happen if all of these factors obtain? People are just going to go home and forget about it?
As a few commenters pointed out recently, Vanderbilt University’s own “pause” on transgender surgery for minors means that, prior to the pause, they were doing it. You can’t escape that. It must at least be acknowledged.

At this point, if you support these sorts of disfiguring procedures for minors but it’s politically inconvenient for you to admit it, you’ll be forced to get into the weeds of it all in order to try and salvage everything. “Well, they’re only doing mastectomies on older teenage girls, like 16 or 17, so it’s not as bad as you make it sound.” Yeah um, that still sounds very bad.
And in any event this is increasingly a distinction without a difference. The World Professional Association for Transgender Health—a policy group devoted to spreading transgender ideology throughout medical curriculums, health networks and professional organizations—argues that girls who believe they are boys could have their breasts chopped off so long as they’ve been given “ample time of living in the desired gender role and after one year of testosterone treatment.” WPATH cites the Endocrine Society’s guidelines in order to determine when it’s appropriate to initiate that treatment; those guidelines suggest that girls as young as 13 years old could begin undergoing testosterone injections. So a girl in the United States who believes she is a boy could conceivably have a double mastectomy before she’s 15 years old. Do you think this age will not get pushed lower and then lower? Do you think there are not many, many people who are actively working to also normalize the castration of prepubescent boys? Where do you think this all stops?
If you support this, then at least own it; admit it, embrace it, champion it, it’s yours. If you’re opposed to it, don’t be silent; stop worrying about offending people and start worrying about the children who are being destroyed by this thing. Be vocal. Write letters. Write articles. Take your business elsewhere. Ridicule and shame the people who would chop up little children’s bodies in service to a sick ideological poison. And in either case, do not act like it’s happening. It obviously is.
